"Very helpful staff and a very high quality hotel. Centrally located. The number 26 VVR Ortsbus, that is the local town bus service in Göhren stops outside the door in both directions. That is important as Göhren is hilly and the railway station is down in the lower part of town at sea level. If you have ever been in Howth, Ireland it is near identical geography in Göhren. The 21, 29 and also 20 buses that get you into other parts of Rügen stop outside the Heimatmuseum about 200 m away around the corner."

"Wir waren eine Woche an der Ostsee bei ihnen im Ferienhaus das völlig in Ordnung war auch sehr sauber, aber der Service müssen wir leider sagen vor Ort nicht gut hatten die ganzen Tage kein WLAN im Haus auch nach mehrmaligen bescheid geben hat man das Problem nicht behoben. Lg"

"Super Lage, in drei Minuten ist man am Strand, aber trotzdem ruhig. Stellplatz in der Garage ist großzügig und über Fahrstuhl erreichbar.Gute Größe der Räume, es war alles sauber und die Ausstattung ist super.Betten waren mit Wäschepaket bezogen und jeder hatte ein großes und kleines Handtuch. Für die Sauna könnten noch zwei Handtücher extra dabei sein, aber wir hatten welche dabei.Kleine Makel sind die teilweise fehlende bzw. schwache Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten, dies ist nur über Vorhänge möglich und im Wohnzimmer fehlt leider ein Fenster komplett. Daher auch schwer die Wärme durch Sonne draußen zu halten.Insektenschutz ist auch nicht vorhanden, zwecks sorgenfreiem Lüften in der Nacht.Der Pool war während unseres Aufenthalts teilweise außer Betrieb und als er dann offen war leider kalt. Er ist recht klein, für die Größe der Anlage wird es sehr eng, wenn mal schlechtes Wetter ist. Die beiden Saunen waren top, der Außenbereich ist aber noch komplett einsichtig, die Hecke muss noch wachsen.Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthalts super, komplett Problemlos."
